This page describes how Consitus processes personal data on consitus.dk. Last updated 18. august 2026.
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Danish version prevails.
Who is the data controller?
Consitus is the data controller for the personal data you submit via this website. You can contact us at info@consitus.dk.
VAT (CVR) no.: 46721365
Vestergade 38, 5492 Vissenbjerg, Danmark
What data do we process?
If you fill in the contact form, we store the information you provide yourself:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Phone number (optional)
- Company (optional)
- Which service the enquiry concerns (optional)
- Your message (required)
- That you have given consent, and the time of the enquiry
We do not record your IP address together with the enquiry. The form contains a hidden field to filter out automated bot submissions; the content of this field is not stored.
What do we use the data for?
The data is used solely to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and for any subsequent dialogue about a possible collaboration. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not resell it.
Legal basis
The processing takes place on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and because the processing is necessary in order to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate interest in communicating with potential and existing partners. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Who has access to the data?
Access is limited to Consitus and the individuals at Consitus who need to handle the enquiry. The data is stored in a database that cannot be read from the website — visitors can only submit an enquiry, not see anyone else's.
We use technical suppliers for hosting and operation of the website and database. They process data on our instructions. Specific supplier details and any transfers outside the EU/EEA will be disclosed on request until they are finally confirmed and described here.
How long do we retain the data?
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to respond to them and for any resulting collaboration or subsequent documentation obligation. Once the purpose has lapsed, the data is deleted or anonymised. We do not operate with a fixed deadline but assess this on an ongoing basis — and you can always ask to have your enquiry deleted.
Sensitive data
Please do not send sensitive or confidential information via the contact form — for example health data, national ID numbers, passwords or trade secrets. Instead, briefly describe what it concerns, and we will agree on a secure approach.
Cookies
The website only uses necessary storage unless you accept statistics yourself. Read more on our cookies page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the right to:
- obtain access to the data we process about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased
- have the processing restricted
- object to the processing
- receive your data in a commonly used format (data portability)
- withdraw a consent
Write to info@consitus.dk if you wish to exercise your rights. We reply as quickly as possible.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
This policy is updated if the website or our processing changes. It is written as an open and accurate description of what the site does — not as a legal guarantee.
